Gender Action's mission is to promote women's rights and gender equality and ensure women and men equally participate in and benefit from International Financial Institution (IFI) investments in developing countries. Gender Action is the only dedicated global campaign holding IFIs accountable on the gender impacts of their investments. We are a small, expanding, eight-year old organization.
